We champion the empowerment, education, and advancement of young people, particularly girls from marginalised backgrounds.
Working in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom, TEN is committed to dismantling barriers and creating pathways for success. We believe that when girls rise, they become change-makers, role models, and visionaries who redefine what's possible.
Our Approach
Our work is centered on intersectionality, recognising the unique challenges that girls and young people from disadvantaged and marginalised communities face. Through storytelling, research, and grassroots engagement, we ensure their voices are heard and their rights upheld.

Over the years, we have supported hundreds of girls in accessing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, empowering them to break cycles of poverty and inequality.
