Mentoring stimulates success. Mentoring encourages an experience of gradual growth. It transcends verbal support. It is the aggregate of a continuous activity to provide guidance, counsel and support to a mentee. Mentoring is a veritable factor in girl-child development. Ejaosan Foundation understands the balance of roles of mentors and mentee in the journey. The Foundation provides an enthusiastic and committed team of volunteers who understand the importance of structured but flexible avenues for support. We take safe-guarding seriously. Our mentoring engagements rest on the plinth of trust and confidentiality.

Sometimes, we provide group engagements to reiterate the balance of mentor and mentee allowing a platform for more than just words. This picture highlights this situation. Ejaosan Foundation, as always, emphasises and acknowledges the importance of such engagements.
